the room was super clean upon arrival. the location made it easy to reach the city center. i found it wonderfully quiet at night, a real balm for weary souls.
the heavily perfumed smell in the room was a little overpowering! giving me a slight headache.

The staff was friendly and professional, which i appreciated.
I found the room to be quite dusty. It seemed like the cleaning wasn't thorough, it impacted my stay. there were no mugs provided for tea or coffee. Only small cups were available which wasn't really sufficient for a proper morning drink. The fridge also didn't work properly, a BIG disappointment.

The room was spacious. The hotel offers tea and coffee making facilities. Extra biscuits and chocolates. I found the hairdryer great. Some hotels do not provide that quality. The bed provided great comfort.
I experienced a slight noise issue due to thin walls, affecting sleep quality a bit.

the staff were super friendly at the desk with a good smile
the bar was supposed to be open until 12.30. we wanted a drink at 11pm. we were told at reception that it was open, but waited 15 minutes and were NOT served. the mattress wasn't very comfortable either

the room was well appointed and had lovely touches, such as a room temperature that remained perfect. it was perfect whether i was fully dressed or in my pajamas. very discreet but effective night lights were installed in the hall and bathroom. i found the attention to detail superb.
the location was fantastic, though the minibar was not restocked daily.
